Additional Notes: For safety reasons the Wayne County Fair will split all races with 8 or more horses. Overnight races will go two heat until spilt. The Wayne County Fair will not be responsible or liable for any accidents to any person, property loss by fire, theft, storm or any other cause. Race office will be open for entries on Sunday, August 9 at 7:30 AM
